The collection in large part is made up of newspaper clippings of articles written by Gastineau and informational packets on various dance troupes and companies. Also included in the collection is research performed by Gastineau and her co-author Frank Ferguson for a book on Vera-Ellen, a famous musical actress from the 1950s. This book was apparently never completed.
